Specifically, it will help unionized employers understand and analyze what is often the most critical challenge facing their business – multiemployer pension withdrawal liability. It will also address pension-related provisions of the recently-enacted American Rescue Plan Act.

  • Specific strategies to address and manage withdrawal liability
  • The latest developments in litigating withdrawal liability assessments, including determining the highest contribution rate and calculating the credit for a prior partial withdrawal
  • Analysis of the pension-related aspects of the ARPA
